In Association with OJB Landscape Architecture, we are currently designing a 4.1-acre urban park that has been designed to meet the recreational, cultural, and social needs of a growing community by providing an interactive place for residents and employees to gather and participate in community events.
Through community outreach workshops and an interactive website, we collected data from residents to ensure that the community’s vision of the urban park is attained. The result will be a downtown destination that will include a café, plazas, multi-functional lawns, a children’s park, unique off-leash dog areas, a community center, pavilions, and even below-grade parking.
Overall, we have managed to capture the rich history of the neighborhood as well as the essence of its future potential.
