The development is located in the foothill district of Almaty, Kazakhstan. The site features a 20-meter elevation difference across its 2,6-hectare area, where 15 premium-class residential sections are thoughtfully arranged.

Terracing was not only a necessity but became a defining feature of the project. The multi-level layout enabled the creation of intimate, secluded courtyards and the integration of waterfalls as landscaping elements. 

These will foster a unique microclimate during the arid summer months, while also serving as scenic viewpoints and recreational zones for children and families.
