PrivateHouse is an international architecture and design studio founded in 2009. The studio works across four disciplines (architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and master planning) and focuses exclusively on design.
With more than 1,000 projects in 16 countries, PrivateHouse designs residential complexes and mixed-use districts, public parks and streets, private villas and resorts. Its clients range from major developers and city administrations to private homeowners and investors. The studio has offices in Almaty, Minsk, Gdańsk and Riyadh, and works primarily in Kazakhstan, Europe and Saudi Arabia.
Recent projects include Bogenbai Towers in Almaty (Gold, UDAD 2026; Bronze, IADA 2026), the Japanese Park in Shymkent (Gold, International Excellence Awards 2026), El Monte, a terraced residential complex in the foothills of Almaty (Gold, Design Skill Awards 2025; Bronze, Global Architecture Awards 2025), and Eden Nova (Platinum, Houzee Awards 2026).
Every project starts from its context (climate, terrain and the way people will use the place) and is developed in BIM from concept to detailed design.
