El Toldo Azul is an artisan ice cream factory that operates in a small shop in the El Golf neighborhood.
The proportions of the premises —originally a garage 2.5 meters wide— forced us to think of the project as a succession of rooms, organized behind a facade. This was clad in burned wood, using the japanese technique of the 'Shou Sugi Ban'.
