Russell and Dawson an Architecture and Engineering Design Firm provided A&E Services for the Redesign and Rebranding of the hotel including Interior Renovation & Landscape Improvements. We completed the project in October 2019 with a project valuation of approximately $8 million. The hotel redesign and renovation were done for a 16-year-old hotel into an upscale hotel for mixed-use development.
