The Emirates NBD Jebel Ali branch was designed by Broadway Interiors, with the interior fit-out delivered by Design Infinity as part of the bank’s ongoing branch development programme. The project was delivered in accordance with LEED Interior Design and Construction (Retail v4) requirements, achieving LEED Platinum certification.
The fit-out incorporated energy-efficient systems, water-saving measures, low-emission materials, and indoor environmental quality strategies to support operational performance and occupant comfort.
The branch forms part of Emirates NBD’s wider rollout of LEED Platinum-certified locations.
