Modern style house   is built in a green area of Vilnius. The Architectural volume includes all rooms and functional areas necessary for a comfortable life. House is divided into two levels: entrance level from the street and second - courtyard level.  A garage, and technical facilities are designed on the ground floor.

All living spaces are on the second floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes .Most of rooms overlook the courtyard. One of the main features of this project is that the house works as a barrier from the street, orienting main spaces towards inner patio. The L shaped second floor forms a cozy private courtyard for residents and their guests, subtle landscaping supplements modern design strict geometry of shapes and lines. White facades create a calm palette of natural shades and textures. Natural long lasting materials are used for exterior:  stone, concrete, panoramic glazing.
