Located in a newly developed neighborhood of contemporary homes in Kaunas, this single-story residence represents the harmony between architectural clarity and functional living. Designed in an L-shaped configuration, the house embraces a private inner courtyard surrounded by green views.
The layout is rational and efficient, with a spacious living area featuring high ceilings that create a sense of openness and light. This central space is thoughtfully separated from the private sleeping quarters, ensuring tranquility and flow throughout the home. Expansive panoramic windows dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, inviting the surrounding greenery into the living experience and reinforcing the connection to nature.
With its minimalist design, clean lines, and restrained material palette, the house stands as a quiet statement of modern elegance—where simplicity serves both aesthetic and purpose.
