The Green Falcon Tower is envisioned as an eco-green Saudi landmark — a symbolic architectural “bird” designed to promote strength, vision, hospitality, sport, and future urban identity.
The concept is simple but powerful: one building, one vertical resort, with ground-level recreational facilities inside Riyadh city.
The concept could host national teams during the Saudi FIFA World Cup 2034 in one iconic building: apartments with greenery and private pools, luxury hospitality spaces, a premium shopping mall at the podium entrance levels, a rooftop heliport, and a unique swimming pool inside the Falcon’s head.
