The existing buildings are completed by a compact building, which is in accordance with the individual building pattern of the seefeld district. The conceptional design of the four apartmentlevels is following the idea and quality of the surrounding buildings. The sequence of compact small rooms for individual use and open voids for living purposes connects the building to its surrounding. Large windows capture the natural light and ensure permeability to the green neighborhood. The cone-shaped walls intensify the light incidence. The use of the open voids is flexible and benefits from the different relations to the private rooms. The centrally arranged kitchen is orientated to the open void and increases the value and flexibility.

The idea of permeability is also the basic concept of the facade. The building is formulated as a layered and subdivided volume to the street and completed with semipermeable and movable panels.

The clear and simple footprint allows various interpretations of the finishings and nonstructural interiors by the different owners of the apartments. One level is even used for business purpose. The building offers both a high architectural quality and excellent energy performance.
