Apartamento Fendi 02 is a thoughtfully designed residential interior in Punta del Este, Uruguay, realized by ADI Arquitetura and characterized by refined spatial planning and a serene material palette.

The project embraces a modern yet timeless aesthetic that enhances the everyday experience of living through the careful orchestration of light, materials and proportions. Neutral tones and tactile finishes create a cohesive ambience while reinforcing a sense of calm and sophistication throughout the apartment.

The living room, furnished with a 3-seater Iago sofa by Natuzzi, starts from a neutral base to allow for the strategic introduction of color. Spatial organization prioritizes fluid circulation and visual connectivity, allowing natural light to accentuate key living areas and establish a seamless connection between social and private zones. Furthermore, the mirrored wall expands the perception of space by reflecting the natural light that enters the apartment. 

The playful artwork by Eduardo Lanna, with its graphic patterns, organic lines, geometric forms and a vibrant palette, acts as chromatic guiding elements, defining rhythm and identity for the designed space.

The choice of neutral tones and organic pieces promotes movement, lightness, and softness in the room. A thoughtful balance is achieved to sustain a timeless atmosphere, in constant dialogue with the landscape.

Without diverting attention from the stunning sea view, a curated selection of colorful works of art ensures a perfect balance between tranquility and joy.
