As part of a feasibility study, the optimal location for a new building was identified. The local volunteer fire brigade will now receive a modern functional facility that meets current operational requirements.

The new building, designed as a single- and two-story structure, is divided into three main areas. The left wing houses the administrative section. On the ground floor, there is a radio control room, a meeting room equipped with radio technology, changing rooms, and the fire chief’s office. The upper floor provides space for a training room, restrooms, and a common room with a kitchen.

The right wing contains the spacious vehicle hall with four bays, a high-bay storage rack, as well as storage and workshop areas. These functional spaces extend over two floors.

A training tower is no longer included in the new design. Instead, the fire brigade will install an existing scaffold tower next to the training yard.

In the outdoor area, parking spaces are provided for the emergency personnel’s cars. In addition, there are designated parking areas for bicycles and motorized two-wheelers. In front of the vehicle hall, there are staging areas for emergency vehicles, which also serve as a training space. Entry and exit routes ensure smooth operations during emergency responses.
