Flatoffice Block D

Flatoffice Block D

Flat Block A, B, C Blocks located next to the D Block was started as a hotel construction, and again as a hotel with the interior of the interior design and facade of the office block today and decided to be articulated with Flatofis. In this direction, Flatofis extension is re-considered as an office building with its interior spaces and facades. Although the reinforced concrete structure of the building is preserved; In order to meet the need for light throughout the structure, a slit and a ın light well ın has been opened in all floors. The monolithic wall, which has increased by five times, separated the spaces and created expressive potential, and created new vertical perceptions with the bridges and the walls of the water reaching the ground as they descended through the slit. These spaces, which "wash out" with light and water, transform the semi-private office spaces into the hidden spaces and places for reference.

D Block fronts designed in an expressionist fiction; it is the idea of creating a second and prestigious "leather" on the existing reinforced concrete structure using the advantage of the position of the block at the far end of the Flatofis structure. In this way, while freedom in the form is captured, there are open spaces that can be used between two front layers. In the fiction formed by articulating triangular planes of different directions and dimensions, the planes make jumps or jumps over the road and form semi-closed spaces in the third dimension. The facade, which is exaggerated by the exaggeration of the building, communicating with the experimenter.
