The country house located in one of the suburbs of Moscow, with its picturesque views, in a high density low-rise settlement. The house is surrounded by a natural forest. Tall pine trees became the starting point of the project, as well as the inspiration. We accurately put the house in the existing landscape, to save and reflect its environment. In order to keep maximum number of forest trees and to separate from the close neighbors, the building is placed to the edge of the plot as much as possible.
The house consists of several volumes united by a common space - an inner yard. Our customer has a large family, and they like to meet guests at their home. So, for us the main task was to separate private and guest life at home, child and adult.
Each "house" has its own purpose: children 's room, master's and guest bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen. Two-car garage and storerooms are placed in a single-storey part. The public space of the kitchen-living room is separated from the private part of house by a transparent glass hall, which is also used as the main entrance.
The main feature of the project is the yard. Walls of the living room and the master bedroom form semi-enclosed inner yard, extensive shed above it protects against overheating, rain ang snow. Private and at the same time porous inner yard - is a nice space for family lunches, friendly parties, barbecues. It’s a place to met dawn or watch sunset, to look at the stars through telescope in time of warm summer nights.
Clinker and glass, slate and plaster on the facade surface set the individual character to different parts of the house. The interior finish meets the exterior architectural appearance. Brick also used inside the hall and living room, continuing the fell of materials in the interior, where as well as on the facades solid glazing is combined with dark tones of stone and brick.
