The reform consists of improving the living conditions of this small apartment. The strategy is based on reducing the covered surface to generate a new outdoor space. This decision allows for natural lighting in all rooms and generates cross ventilation in the social area.

Along with this modification, the material logic of the construction is highlighted, leaving the rustic concrete of the independent structure exposed, previously covered by the coating.

The aim is to return to the minimum, to retrace what has been reformed, to unify what has been divided, to do more with fewer elements.
