The project was born from the need of the owners to turn this building into their main residence, where they could carry out their work and personal activities in a satisfactory way without having to leave it, that is why through this project they have sought to generate spaces new and contemporary within the same construction area, without adding additional construction elements that enlarge the surface of the building, but the space has been optimized so that within the existing areas the spaces are used to the maximum.

This ranges from selecting the existing areas, minor demolitions, adaptations of spaces through new dividing walls and a correct selection of finishes that give the feeling of being in a new building through the contemporaneity that it has been given.
