The conceptual North Star is "Spatial Continuity"—a typological evolution that replaces compartmentalization with a continuous interior landscape. By utilizing softened geometries and curved transitions between walls and ceilings, the design achieves an organizational logic where intuitive movement and visual connectivity dictate the experience of the inhabitants. It is a dialogue between the "heavy" institutional permanence of stone and the "light" fluid transitions of the layout, bridging the authority of the state with a forward-looking architectural future.
