We created three luxury apartments and a duplex penthouse with generous outdoor terraces in Soho.

Appointed as architect by a private developer, Originate was able to secure approval for this office-to-residential conversion while restoring the 19th century facade and maximising space and views by extending the rear of the building.

We worked closely with brand consultants, agents and contractors to achieve a consistent design vision that acknowledged the Soho creative aesthetic.
