This project sought to replace an inadequately sited house with a new high performance home. The new house maximizes the utilization of the existing grade, dovetailing with the modied existing garage/studio and swimming pool. All of the components of the project were built or upgraded to the same degree of finish, utilizing the high performance insulation and cladding components to define the architecture of the building.
