Guesty is a global property management platform for short-term and vacation rentals. The company is located in Kaplan 2, a street in the center of Tel-Aviv.
At the beginning of the concept building, we researched Guesty’s platform and within their product we found the first blossoms to our design.
The design had to be cosmopolitan, creative and diverse. The method to achieve these was to compose a design from different cultures and time periods.
The intention was to create a seam that will connect global and local, old and new – merging all these together into one design language using colors, textures, patterns and materials from different cities of the world.
We used different patterns on the glass partitions of the rooms, and managed to make them part of the architectural language. every pattern is different from the other and yet they all create one sophisticated language together.
the design of the meeting rooms is inspired by some of the most famous and well-known cities around the world, and its design is a microcosm of that specific city.
Along with the design concept, we wanted to emphasize the use of varied materials and textures in the office by placing them together in the kitchen front. We used a range of materials in order to create a festive kitchen which justifies its central location.
Bearing in mind Guesty’s platform, we thrived to create a warm and cozy environment intending the space feel as if it were a home.
Entering the space people are welcomed to the waiting area, living room like furnished. Followed by an inviting cafeteria with cozy furniture, like you would expect to see in a warm salon. In addition, in the cafeteria we created different types of seating, one can decide to sit in a diner table and the other by a free-standing dining table.
Guesty’s product and their platform is portrayed through the cosmopolitan diverse design from the floor plan and to the finest details.
