Hanami lofts is a little housing complex in a residential area of Palazzolo sull'Oglio.
The block is divided in four terraced "street houses" with a simple plan:the parking on the street side, the garage at grade, the rectangular living area and a seamless connection to the garden. Bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Glazings and windows are designed to offer a great privacy to each unity;architectural volumes are shifted to creat a big terrace on the second floor and a dynamic exterior design, with a combination of high-performance materials.
The building has been designed to reach the A-Class energy requirements:ceramic tiles paneling provides ventilated courtain walls and each courtain element has been designed for thermal insulation.
The aim of the project is to expand architectural spaces combining interior and exterior design, and to optimize building and energy costs by an efficient layout and a performing technology.
