Mission Residence | San Francisco, CA

Larkspur Builders  •  Contractors

This classic Mission District Victorian from the turn of the century was ready for an upgrade. Larkspur Builders worked with Architect Killian O’Sullivan to completely renovate structurally and upgrade all utilities while preserving the charm and beauty of the front facade.

We added a 3rd story with a roof deck, new lighting system, and a fireplace. The lower garden unit was upgraded to mimic the beauty of the floors above. Every aspect of the home was upgraded and refined, including new crown moldings, all new finishes, and in-floor skylights to let light pour in from above.
