Corporate architecture is an increasingly important success factor in the battle for talent. With this design of the administrative buildings for an internationally-operating company in the high-tech industry, “Philipp Architekten” has won the first price of an architectural competition in Germany.
The company's headquarters are located directly on a river - and water is the company’s central theme, which is architecturally translated and brought to life by this design. The buildings include areas for management, sales and training as well as a canteen. The result is an inspiring office environment that motivates and unites in line with the corporate goals, meeting the requirements of “Smart Working”: The office becomes a living space, divided into a variety of zones and areas. Employees don’t just work at their own desks, but also at shifting locations inside and outside the office, e.g. the business lounge, that offers a variety of spaces for different work needs.
