Smoothie Bar / Commercial / Cafe.

Converting a compact 300 sqft parking garage into a distinctive healthy smoothie bar presented the challenge of standing out in a saturated restaurant landscape on a limited budget. The space was intelligently divided into a lively semi-outdoor area for quick orders and a tranquil indoor section for lingering or work.

A discreet masonry element seamlessly integrated kitchen necessities, ensuring a functional yet private workspace. Repurposed gates became windows, a pergola, and signage, creating an inviting exterior. Reused stone cladding and reclaimed timber reflected an eco-friendly and budget-conscious approach, while handmade cement oxide finishes added a bespoke touch to counters and benches.
