Transforming IGH projects by magnifying them is one of the expertises of Ateliers 2/3/4/.
Among our operations in progress, the Hopen Tower (formerly Adria), is the object of a project of rehabilitation / extension which carries the ambition to reinscribe it in its time, to make of it a Tower up to date with the contemporary requirements and anticipating the future ones.
Through this large-scale project, Ateliers 2/3/4/ demonstrates again its know-how and its long experience in restructuring, transformation and low-carbon rehabilitation within the framework of mixed programs, in particular on tower projects.
