The two towers that make up the Horiz Ibirapuera complex, in the south zone of São Paulo, stand out for their aesthetic sophistication immersed in the wooded landscape, taking inspiration from the proximity of Ibirapuera Park, located just 500 meters from the development. With authorship by PSA Arquitetura, the project proposes a harmonious integration between urbanity and nature, creating a fluid connection between the built space and the natural environment. Its main premise is to value green as a central element of an urban lifestyle, a concern present both in the composition of the facades and in the social and common areas.
The facade conveys dynamism through the positioning of the apartment terraces. With contrasting shapes, each of them is situated in a distinct strategic position. They receive the frame of planters in order to accentuate the beauty of an unobstructed view, facing the city's main roads. Meanwhile, in the social areas on the ground floor and mezzanine, landscaping occupies every detail, with tall trees and reflecting pools that transmit comfort and tranquility.
With 13 floors, each with two apartments of 231sqm or 301 sqm, the project developed for Constrac also features a central span between the towers. This area welcomes a wooded plaza, designed to consolidate integration among residents. Another resource used in this sense is the creation of wide sidewalks, 5 meters wide, which operate as a donation to the public walkway, encouraging the enjoyment of pedestrians. Easy access to the bicycle rack, in turn, encourages residents to use local bike paths. There is also the convenience of having four parking spaces per unit.
As leisure options, Horiz features a jacuzzi, spa room with equipment for massage and Pilates, sauna, and also indoor and outdoor gym options for calisthenics. The swimming pool is also a differentiator among the entertainment spaces: in addition to the children's pool, which complements the playground and the playroom developed to serve children, there is also an adult pool with a 25-meter lane. Integrated by gardens and groves are the Zen area, with a hammock area, the coworking space, and the pet place, in addition to a gourmet area with a ballroom. An internal elevator for delivery orders spares residents from going down to the ground floor to receive their packages, which are thus sent directly to the units.
Architectural solutions, such as the terraces with planters, the wooded plaza between the towers, and the strategic use of landscaping, aim to provide an experience capable of balancing elegance and tranquility, promoting well-being and a sense of belonging in the relationship with the surroundings. The emphasis on the visibility of green is fundamental to reinforce the idea of a permanent connection with nature, even in a cosmopolitan environment.
