Hotel Henrietta represents a milestone for St. Charles Avenue, as the first ground-up hotel construction on New Orleans' grand thoroughfare in nearly 30 years. The 40-key boutique destination called for custom millwork throughout its guest rooms and public spaces, from velvet-headboard beds to the ceiling work and banquette seating anchoring its lobby.

In Detail helped carry that vision from concept to installation, taking on the full scope of millwork cost estimation, technical design, shop drawings, fabrication, and project management. The work spanned every guest room type as well as the hotel's signature public spaces, requiring close coordination to keep design intent, budget, and schedule aligned across a compressed construction timeline.

The result was a hotel completed ahead of schedule, with millwork that honors the historic character of St. Charles Avenue while giving Hotel Henrietta its own distinct, modern identity.
