The project is located 13 rue de Colmar, in Ribeauvillé, on plots 235 and 499 to 506. A printing plant is currently located on the site and has been decommissioned for several years. The current land is relatively flat and includes two industrial-type buildings in the southern part. The hotel, spa and restaurant will be divided into two buildings forming broken lines to the south-west of the site. These two buildings will be connected by a largely transparent metal and glass structure. To the north and east, parking lots, a service courtyard and a fire and bus turnaround area will serve and organize the project. These will be landscaped (vegetated pergolas, lawns, sequences of trees and/or hedges), in order to visually conceal the coated surfaces from the hotel, the public space and from neighbouring houses. A sculpture will be placed in the middle of the turning area to mark the project. A landscaped park with lots of trees and vegetation will frame the entire project, creating a pleasant and intimate space for the hotel residents.
Trees, shrubs and hedges will be local species of foliage. In accordance with the PLU, open spaces will represent more than 10% of the plot area.
