The residential typology of the garden city is explored by filling in the building perimeter and emptying its center with a sequence of patios to introduce light and vegetation. A square floor plan of 20x20m in which the living spaces turn into
a central space -a garden- that brings light and nature to the center of the dwelling.

Materiality is raised by understanding the superposition of two floors/layers with two inverse conditions regarding the interior-exterior/garden relation. The ground floor built by a wooden lattice based on triangular slats and which is the negative of the wooden formwork of the concrete on the upper floor.

In the lower floor, where the ritual of daily life take place, visual relations are produced from the center to the exterior. In the upper floor there are two studios with a sloping roof, located in two of the corners, collecting their own garden, where the visual relationships are produced from the perimeter towards the interior. This interior is the construction of a garden that represents the farthest agrarian landscape outside the town.
