The study concerns a ground floor summer house in a semi-mountainous location in Agios Tychonas Limassol, Cyprus. The built-up area measuring 195 sqm proposes an open plan living area, a master bedroom and a studio/guest room. Wide use of local flora and a swimming pool are proposed in the configuration of the courtyard area.

The residence is developed in a wide-fronted arrangement facing its deep semi-outdoor space to the south, like an "embrace" which allows for the beneficial orientation of the main spaces; their shading during the summer months while opening them to the natural contours of the distant view.
