It is a small residence in which two families built in Minoh, Osaka live. It is located in the quiet residential street of the suburbs which separated a few from the center in Osaka. More than half of the site consists of the sloping ground. It is the great location which long distance mountains can spread in the southwest side, and can feel a change of a daily season. In the plan, he is conscious of especially the thing for which mountains on the south can be felt.

It was considered how it would build attractively in the limited budget and the short time necessary for completion. In order to use a large site effectively, the simple room arrangement which can complete an everyday life in the first floor portion was considered. In order to obtain the time separated from the everyday life, only the guest room of the second floor is made independent, and it is trying to become more nearly special space. The asphalt single which is excellent in construction nature is used for appearance so that the first floor roof and the second floor of the whole can be treated as a big roof.
