With a panoramic view of the opposing mountain panorama, the newly built detached house is located near a pine forest in the Tyrolean Alps. The home was built onto a slightly raised clearing. A plinth creates an extensive terrace space on the glade by the pine forest where a light-flooded pavilion can be found.
A separate entrance way leads towards the street facing front of the home, from which the heart of the two-story building can be accessed via elevator.
