The municipality of Woerden created in the project "Waterrijk Woerden" the opportunity, along with other private clients, to design quay homes which are built on a common parking deck. The objective was to use a wide variety of architectural designs. This home has a strong design language which is framed by a concrete portal at the front and rear elevations. The interior is very light and spacial, especially when one realizes that it is a terraced house. The high loft on the front and all the glass combined with the overhanging balconies at the rear result in many interesting spaces, shapes and light accessions.
