The mission was to completely renovate this two floor private house for it to welcome a large family, in accordance with thermal standards and sustainability. Half of the house was demolished in order to rebuild and extend it toward the garden, with mixed materials : concrete fondations and wood and steel structure, with wood shaders for protection of the direct south rays.
