An outstanding modern residential design for a historic town in the Hunter Valley, this home is a single level dwelling that is well connected to the outdoors, and beautifully orientated to utilise the natural light The interior and exterior Living, Kitchen and Dining spaces were to be centrally located and open to one another to allow for cohesive entertaining and socialising with the master wing closely located. These areas were to be used daily while a guest headquarters allowed for plenty of space when accompanied with visitors.  The refined monochrome palette and pavilion layout of the house provides a design with well thought out spaces and a striking façade that creates intrigue from the get-go.
