Located in a leafy Malvern East location, Hurstmon consists of 39 residences. The design is deliberately restrained, allowing the rammed earth blades to hero the design. Flanked by a four-storey commercial building on one side, and brick double storey dwellings to the other, the architecture graduates this otherwise harsh transition through rhythmic vertical features and warm textural materials. \

Balancing boldness with warmth while intuitively integrating into the surrounding leafy landscape, Hurstmon takes pride in being one of the only multi-residential buildings in Australia that features rammed earth. The inclusion of rammed earth, which is traditionally utilised for bespoke projects, confidentially contributes to a residentially scaled ambience.
