The idea of I Portici complex in Frosinone is to merge different kind of spaces (public, private, green areas) in an organized and unitary whole that allows to create urban vitality in the neighbourhood area.

The complex is composed by three main elements that overlaps each other generating the interconnected levels of the spatial system: 1. the basement conceived as a public open space hosting commercial and public activities. It is a “porous” element open towards the surroundings; 2. the green platform conceived as an open semi-public area for inhabitants; 3. the residential blocks characterized by variety in dwellings’ size and typologies and efficiency and sustainability in buildings’ perfomances.
