IAD Spain is a new generation real estate agency. It is built on three pillars real estate expertise, the internet and multi-level marketing. Dekoproject was asked to design a modern office that would express the values of this young and dynamic company, inviting for collaboration, networking and productivity. We adapted one of the floors of a post-industrial building of Poblenou district in Barcelona, trying to keep its original and local character.
The authentic floor and ceilings were preserved. The design combines raw, industrial character with modern furniture and finishings. IAD’s location, just a few steps from the beach, is ideally suited to support their ambition to promote flexible and active way of working, giving the employees a friendly and informal space to network and interact. The heart of the office is a central tea point area that provides a casual meeting place for staff and clients setting up the office circulation around it. The rest of the space features a meeting room/ event space, breakout area, and focus working area.
