IFILARINI winery_a production and tasting experience_Calisese di Cesena_(FC)_Italy

IFILARINI, 2 stereometric volumes, 2 attuned souls, 2 harmonious notes. Everything started once She, elegant and chic, met Him, mighty and secure. She, white skinned and leaves dressed, He, dark skinned and larch dressed. She, a lively yellow heart, the perfect place for dining. He, a warm wood heart, the perfect place for wine tasting. She, a farmhouse restaurant, He, a winery. Outside, small vine rows on a colored gravel pavement give everyone the opporrtunity to breathe fresh countryside air while acting like the manifesto of this romatic meeting, this sweet “liaison” between 2 lovers, "ifilarini".

IFILARINI winery is a place of production and tasting. A low cost, osb wood, solid volume, floats in the middle of the big 2 pitched roof aula. This volume contains a suggestive barrel, a cash counter, any and all the services. The volume acts like a filter, it separates but it doesn’t divide the production zone and the tasting one. The tasting area has got a fir industrial pallet flooring and has got an impressive view on the marvellous landscape of the romagna region hills thanks to the unespected wide longitudinal glass window. Outside the winery is paint in dark gray, underlining its industrial attitude, while the larch covering acts like the manifesto of the warm atmosphere of the tasting zone. Tasting a IFILARINI good wine and admiring the landscape while earing the metallic but tuned notes of the production machines back there..this is really an emotional 360degrees diving in the Italian viticulture.
