Last year, after a limited competition, we were selected to carry out the fit out of the Canal Building for Innocent. This was very satisfying as it meant we could complete the project we started all those years ago. Portobello Dock is now fully let. A large opening has been formed in the first floor slab to create a double-height space with expansive glazing on to the dock. This area accommodates weekly company meetings and leads to communal facilities such as kitchens, meeting rooms, the gym and changing rooms.
