Johnny River is a multi-tenant office building with various shared facilities on the ground floor. This freely accessible living room of the building serves as a vibrant meeting place, including a reception area, meeting rooms, informal seating areas, a billiards table, a bar, and a restaurant.
The design of the living room is informal, with materials and furniture contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. This concept not only promotes encounters, collaboration, and interaction among the tenants but also provides a dynamic and welcoming environment for other people from this emerging area.
