Prisma Delft

The Prisma residential building is designed with careful consideration for its integration into the location. The building faces three sides, each with its own unique quality: the canal side, a square, and a green communal courtyard.

The facade facing the square is modest in scale, respecting the adjacent buildings; the garden facade is understated, while the canal-facing facade stands out with brick floor bands and copper bay windows. This unique positioning creates a variety of views and experiences for residents. Additionally, the building accommodates a range of housing types, resulting in an inclusive and diverse living environment.
