Junco is a café-bar where the art of hospitality is reflected in a warm and soothing design. Designed to welcome guests at any time of day, the space combines the lightness of an Italian café with the understated elegance of a wine bar.

The concept is rooted in a palette inspired by nature: soft gray, warm cream, delicate ochres, and touches of pistachio green create an enveloping atmosphere. The materials—wood, wicker, natural stone—add texture and authenticity, while the carefully designed lighting accompanies the transition from day to evening.

Located near Éléonore, Junco shares a common vision. Although distinct in their identity, both establishments bear the same sensitive and consistent signature: a balance between aesthetics and hospitality. Where Éléonore explores darker tones and a cozy atmosphere conducive to long evenings, Junco opens up to a brighter and more fluid universe during the day, while transforming itself at nightfall.

The venue aims to be a lively and accessible place, where every detail of the design contributes to creating a welcoming and timeless environment. Junco embodies a subtle balance between functionality and aesthetics, offering an experience where you feel at home, from your first coffee in the morning to your last drink in the evening.
