Architectural-urban concept of the reconstruction of metro station "C" Kačerov, connected with the necessary urbanization of the site and the construction of a multifunctional building (shops, offices, housing).
The basic principle is the creation of a kind of piano nobile at the level of the predominant surrounding residential buildings and also at the level of a possible connection by a footbridge "island" between the railway, the north-south highway and the southern connector.
Four smaller but interconnected building volumes with different functions create a specific block figure and a fragmented roof landscape that mediates greater integration of the new block into the existing development.
