The ambition of the project is to be construed as the composition of a landscape, of a fanciful, harmonious and surprising territory. An attractive living place within a metropolitan area. We carry this urban project as a landscaped setting: a living place that creates and transforms uses and allows an unprecedented dialogue between nature and horizon. 

Lille, with its growing demographics and territories, must imagine new complexes reflecting the innovation and practices of today. Architecture is therefore the preferred means of creation, at the service of attractiveness and living together.

Our desire is to make our project a central place for meetings, for unique qualitative work and an exceptional place of exchange. We are convinced of the poetic force of such an architecture, modern and open to our time.

Our proposal emphasizes proximity to nature, in the heart of the metropolis, as a source of physical and psychological well-being. Our project therefore involves the constitution of a complete ecosystem of actors, species, and services that interact and provide mutual support on an ongoing basis.
