The floor is Dinesen Douglas Natural, solid 28 × 350 mm planks 5 to 7 m long, fully glued over underfloor heating with STAUF SPU 570 on 297 m² and laid on battens on the remaining 16 m², finished on site with Dinesen Light Oil 2K.

The staircase uses 35 × 450 mm Douglas planks, the widest in the range, so every tread is a single piece, including the winders. The 7 m planks came in through the façade scaffolding. A Fidbox sensor embedded in one plank logs floor temperature and humidity.
