The clients approached Dewson Architects (DA), with the aim of creating a lakefront retreat for their growing family - with the aim of being a high performance building.  DA used Passivehouse and NetZero as frameworks to design a clean and contemporary house that hugs the landscape.

Nearing completion, the house will be fitted with a solar array which will bring the project to Netzero energy use.
