The Brazilian office TT Interiores, sisters Tassia and Taisa Pereira ownership, was responsible for the interior decoration of this 180m² apartment, situated in São Paulo, Brazil. The residents, a young couple without children, whose received the property plan, were looking for a comfortable and timeless project to welcome family and friends.

The professionals moved the dining space to a gourmet balcony, which is quite wide. The kitchen, interconnected with the balcony, was kept like that to favor the couple's daily life. The project has three complete suites and none of them have been changed. The office also designed a beautiful and functional home office, which is eventually used.

The project’s highlight, besides to the gourmet balcony that has a Hijau stone on the wall, is the living, which, in addition to the retractable screen, has been made in joinery, it  camouflages the pivoting doors. The environment also has a bar area and many closets, with drawers and touchable doors.

The coverings were chosen to maintain this timeless base in the apartment as a whole, but privileging natural elements such as the balcony Hijau stone and the wood work. There is a patterned covering in the kitchen, to keep the color palette from the design, but still creating a slightly younger atmosphere.
