The brief for this project was to create a light, spacious family space and to re-instate the main entrance hall to this 30's home. With a rather wide property for this family of four we were able to both zone the kitchen, dining and seating areas as well as trully connect these rooms with the garden.. The kitchen enjoys an excellent connection to the outside with a specially aligned full height opening. Indoor-outdoor dining and entertaining during the summer months is now also possible. At the front of the property, a previously converted entrance hall has been reinstated to suit the property's character and size. A combination of modern and period objects and features reflect the owners interior taste whilst and a play between natural light and carefully placed mirrors allows for some through views and playful interaction.
