Imagine a vibrant, eco-friendly workspace that captivates you right from the second you step into it. The beauty and functionality of the space is an inescapable enchanting land. The space also ensures an impressive 12%-15% annual energy savings through clever energy-efficient lighting, and a super-smart HVAC system. Not just about saving energy, this space also reduces water usage by 50% and boosts fresh air circulation by 30%, ensuring fresh air in every breath. Sounds impossible?

All of this and more is a reality at LinkedIn's new Bengaluru workspace designed by  Team Zyeta.

LinkedIn: Employee Happiness Triumphs All

The transformative vision of "Magnetic Metamorphosis" is at the heart of the workplace design conceptualized by Team Zyeta. The new space is defined by design elements, lighting choices, and architectural aspects that positively transform visitor experience, employee productivity, and well-being.

The reception area celebrates the ethos of Indian culture and festivity. The country's rich folk heritage is the inspiration behind the rattan screens and dynamic installations on the reception backdrop. The focal point of the reception area is where the LinkedIn logo is prominently displayed, creating a strong brand presence.

The furniture, particularly the red sofa, is modern and functional, ensuring a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The use of bold, warm colours creates an environment that is professional but inviting.

The reception leads to visually captivating candidate and employee experience centres. The collaborative comfortable seating is complemented by the vibrant wall murals, inspired by India's colourful pre-winter festivities. Although the space requires little to no artificial lighting as sunlight streams in through the high windows, the beautiful ceiling lights with woven, natural-looking shades add a touch of much required texture. These elements create a rich tapestry that reflects the diverse and vibrant spirit of Indian festivals, adding cultural depth and warmth to the space.

The cozy co-working lounge comes next. Dominated by a muted colour palette of grays and blues, the area houses two distinct seating arrangements: a relaxed spot with contemporary sofas and a round table, and two cozy, arched alcoves featuring intimate booth-style seating. These seating areas are perfect for creative brainstorming sessions or for finding a peaceful corner to focus on your work.

The collaborative space at LinkedIn is an inclusive, choice-driven haven. Surrounded by huddle rooms, semi-open collab zones, and dynamic meeting rooms, the space buzzes with energy and productivity. Unique features like tactile flooring, braille-integrated signage, and digital schedulers ensure respect to inclusivity and varied work styles.

A delightful gastronomic experience awaits as we move towards the dining area. LinkedIn is committed to providing nutritious meals to its employees, via multi cuisine kiosks; including a salad bar, Indian kitchen, Spice kitchen, and continental choices. The space at LinkedIn features a sleek design with an open, spacious layout that accommodates various seating options, including standard tables, high-tops, and bar-style seating. The area is well-lit by pendant lights and enhanced by natural light from high windows, creating an inviting space for dining and employee interactions.

The learn-unlearn zone that features two learning setups comes next. Characterized by comfortable seating and soundproof walls that ensure an uninterrupted learning session, the zone also has pantries and unwind spaces present around it to faciliatate relaxation in between your learning sessions.

The company's wellness program ensures an on-site rejuvenation zone featuring a well-stacked gym and yoga studio. A combination of natural and artificial light is used to ensure a calm and energized feel to both.
